Database Administrator – Waltham, MA - Our client, a healthcare software vendor, has a permanent, FTE opening for a Database Administrator to work onsite in their Waltham, MA office to provide DBA support for their customers.   The DBA performs installations, upgrades, patching and database configurations for Oracle, SQL and Caché and maintains proper documentation throughout the process.

Requirements:

·         3 years of experience as an Oracle or Caché DBA

·         Understanding of high availability, database failover models, hardware architectures, SAN administration, scripting, print management

The Ideal candidate will have recent InterSystems HealthShare experience and/ or very strong InterSystems Ensemble experience.  Candidates with Healthcare Integration and strong Object Oriented Programming experience will be considered. Responsibilities include:
